The
Board of Directors consistently makes decisions for the
benefit of the membership. One day a question was
asked wondering what the membership thought about an
issue. Of course everyone looked at each other and
said "I don't know!" Since we had not done a
membership survey in quite some time, it was decided to ask
the members in 2007 their opinions on various on various
issues and questions.
We ask
members to take a few minutes to tell us what was on their
minds. And many of you expressed your opinions.
We have been told that a normal response rate for this type
of survey averages 2 - 3%. We are very proud to say
that over 12% of our members responded. The
Board of Directors and Staff of your credit union would like
to express our appreciation for this overwhelming
response.
After
much time compiling the results, we are proud to present to
you thoses results here.
Please be assured that your opinions here will guide our
decision making process for a long time to come.
